Novak Djokovic’s long, strange trip outside the Top-2 of the ATP rankings has ended. The 22-time Grand Slam champion celebrates his 10th Australian Open title with a return to No.1 in the ATP rankings. Djokovic begins his 374th week at No.1, and is just three weeks shy of passing Steffi Graf on the all-time list for weeks at No.1.

No. 1 Novak Djokovic, +4 (Joint Career High)

Djokovic begins his seventh stint at the top of the ATP rankings. He will bid to break his own record by finishing the 2023 season as the ATP’s year-end No.1 for the eighth time.

Tsitsipas had a chance to reach No.1 by winning the final in Melbourne, but instead lands at No.3, matching his previous high.

No. 13 Karen Khachanov, +7

Russia’s Karen Khachanov is closing in on the Top-20 again after reaching semi-finals at the last two majors.

No. 19 Tommy Paul, +16 (Career High)

It’s a Top-20 debut for Paul, who reached his first career Grand Slam semi-final at Melbourne.

No. 39 Jiri Lehecka, +32 (Career High)

21-year-old Lehecka is the second-biggest riser inside the ATP’s Top-100, thanks to his run to the quarterfinals at the Australian Open.

No. 44 Ben Shelton, +45 (Career High)

20-year-old Shelton is the biggest riser inside the Top-100 in this week’s rankings. He jumps from 89 to 45 on the strength of reaching the quarterfinals in Melbourne.
